Jim Thorpe, buffalo and The Pioneer Woman

   So not too long ago...we went on a short weekend trip to Oklahoma. I am actually from Oklahoma so we got to see family and friends. During our trip we visited the Tall Grass Prairie with amazing buffalo. If you have not seen the Tall Grass Prairie, you are missing out on something so special. Its truly beautiful. We also stopped into the Mercantile where The Pioneer Woman (Ree Drummond) has her own restaurant and store and we stopped in the small town my Great-Great Uncle Jim Thorpe was born. It was a great trip and I loved every minute of it. Here are  few images I captured.

Reading this now! Love it! Its easy to worry...it usually comes naturally, but when you stop worrying and let the universe work for you highest good...things flow. I know the universe always has my back. I stopped resisting and fighting up stream....now it all flows.

On the second Saturday of each month, the artists of Sawyer Yards (The Silos, Silver Street, Spring Street, Summer Street, and Winter Street Studios) open their studios to the public from 12-5pm. Spring Street Studios has extended hours from 2pm-7pm.

Spend the afternoon wandering through four repurposed warehouses and discover an extensive selection of painting, sculpture, jewelry, photography, clothing, textiles, printmaking, mixed media and more. It’s a laid back way to meet some talented artists, explore the Washington Avenue Arts District, and maybe find a treasure or two! 

The event is free and we would love for you bring some friends. No RSVP required. Free entry and free parking.

   Congratulations! A new life begins! This loving couple and daughter were such beautiful people inside and of course out! The wedding took place at the Sacred Heart Co-Cathedral downtown Houston. Gosh this church is one of thee most beautiful places! Then off to 2727 Kirby for an elegant exciting reception! The energy of this couple and all their loved ones was amazing! I definitely captured some of these amazing moments! I only wish this magnificent family the best!!
