A couple weeks ago I visited my hometown, Colorado Springs....I had not been back home for almost 6 years. It was a short visit. Of course I had to get some pictures of the scenery. It is so gorgeous! I sometimes wonder why I ever moved from there! I hope you can just feel the beauty as I felt the day I took these photographs. Family means the world to me and I am thankful for my beautiful family and cannot wait to return!!!

My parents, sister and my daughter. Here we visited an small town called St. Elmo. All the original infrastructure of the buildings was still intact. Just a little history preserved. It was beautiful.

I have never met such genuine loving souls as these two, LaLa and Kizer. I was honored to photograph their wedding day. It was intimate, loving, positive and beautiful. Both LaLa and Kizer's family accepted each other with such love and joy. Lala's family recorded video for her all the way from the Philippines. All I have to say is this was a really beautiful experience and I am so happy to have experienced it! And thank you to my assistant for the day Tiffany Christman You are the best!!!

Baby Tucker just 10 days old was really such a joy to photograph. He would really light up when he knew mommy was near. As I believe every newborn knows exactly who mom is. Baby Tucker was a beautiful little baby and holds a special place in my heart. Really all the babies I photograph do!

Meet Baby William...just 6 days old...this little precious bundle of joy was such a delight to photograph! Baby William makes me love what I do even more!

I just loved photographing Baby Graham, he brought so much light and love into the world. At 10 days old, baby Graham was so strong. Already trying to hold his head up and roll over! I was amazed at his growth and courage. Its amazing that children teach us so much. I will never forget this loving little face and so grateful for the opportunity to photograph such love.

Weddings bring me such joy! All the love and excitement of the day! I was honored to photograph Kristine and Derick's wedding this year. They made such a cute couple and the love they had for each other just radiated. Kristin, Derick and their loving family will always have a place in my heart.
