Hello there! Recently I was featured in a Texas Wedding Blog, 7 Centerpieces for a stylized wedding shoot. This was a collaborated effort with a fellow wedding photographer. With alot of work on the part of our dedicated, patient vendors, models and all volunteers this came together with much success! It was my first time submitting to a wedding blog and I loved it! I will be doing it more often too! Here are the photos I submitted and a few others that were not submitted but oh so worthy to show off! I am so grateful for all involved! It was such a beautiful experience. I also will insert the link to the blog to 7 Centerpieces. Enjoy! Feel free to pin on your pinterest!

Nothing is more regretful than undocumented memories.

Ever tried to articulate a feeling or moment to someone who’s never experienced it? Photography fills that language gap. Great photography allows the viewer to live vicariously through the moment captured. Complimented with my passion and first-hand experience as a mother my goal is to capture the essence of motherhood at its most beautiful time.

Nothing is more regretful than undocumented memories. Your most sacred space is being shared with a beautiful being. During your 9 months, moments of discomfort, emotion, and spontaneous movement will strengthen the bond you have to your child. Unusual cravings, and standing in the mirror watching your stomach grow day by day will all be fleeting memories. Once your love arrives there will be sleepless nights, constant diaper changes, and it’s all about baby. In the midst of it all, there is nothing like photographs as a reminder of the life changing experience you shared while pregnant.

I myself did not take maternity pictures. I regret not having photos to share with my daughter.  I remember while pregnant, my mom mentioned I looked cute, grabbed her camera and snapped a quick candid.  That is the only picture I know of, and that photo is lost in the hundreds of family photos taken over the years. My heart breaks a little every time I think about not capturing that once in a lifetime moment.

I started taking pictures of pregnant women to give the gift of capturing memories that I regretfully didn’t have. I also, want you to feel beautiful while you experience pregnancy. As your body changes, it’s easy to question everything about your appearance. Having a professional photographer, hairstylist and makeup artist cater to you will definitely lift your spirits! I find every woman and child unique, and I use my art of photography to bring out the essence of your womanhood and the love you share with your unborn child.
I would love to collaborate with you and create a masterpiece to frame over your mantle, place on your nightstand, or hang in your hallway. So when someone asks you to articulate your experience of carrying your child, you can let the beautiful images we create together speak for you.

Hello from Texas! Merry Christmas to You!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. We spent it at the beach with family and 80 degree weather! Which was the cherry on top! If anyone knows me, they know I love the beach.

It was a beautiful Christmas. My aunt is an amazing cook too, we had a Christmas brunch to die for!

Of course rushing out the door to get to the beach, I forgot my camera! So I just had to use my iphone for pictures. But I will always remember this Christmas for years to come, we were all happy and oh so grateful! It doesn't get any better than that.

Happy Holidays to you and yours!

My lovely Senior photoshoot

My daughter Angel is graduating this year and lucky her, her mom is a photographer! Yay (in Angel's most sarcastic tone) Its not always I get her out to do an impromptu photoshoot, so when I do, I take full advantage! We moved from one field to the next! I see more in the future...shhh...she doesn't know it yet! Here are just a few images from that very windy day, which I was most ecstatic about!

A few years ago I photographed Harmony on her 2nd birthday and two years later I photographed Harmony at the same place on her 4th birthday. I just love seeing how children grow, explore and experience all around them. Harmony has grown up so much since then! This year the theme was super heros! Marsha, Harmony's mother always has custom made outfits made for Harmony! I have to say they are just too adorable!

Harmony's favorite superhero was WonderWoman. Which I have to say is mine too! Wonder Woman had the best arsenal of weapons, the lasso of truth, indestructible bracelets and a Tiara that would turn into a plane! Wonder Woman fought against injustices, for love, for peace and equality! We need more Wonder Women today! What a great choice Harmony! I know you will be a mighty Wonder Woman someday! And I know you are just going to make this world a better place!

 What's your favorite superhero?
