Tell the Story...

As a photographer its important to tell the story of your clients wedding day, civil ceremony, or any event really. Getting those detailed shots are what tell that story. The venue in which your wedding is taking place, outdoor shots, entrance shots, especially if your venue has some nice elements...make sure you capture those elements. On wedding days remember to shoot the brides bouquet, rings, guarder, shoes, and dress (when its not on the bride). These are beautiful shots the bride can treasure for years to come. Also, details of the reception area, drinks, place settings, tablescapes, centerpieces, gifts, and the cake. Now getting detailed shots is one thing, but adding an artistic touch it another. So that may be from different perspectives of the shot, changing out your lens or arranging them  to just look more interesting.
