Slightly off topic...but no too far off. I love watermelon! Everyone that knows me knows I love watermelon. 
Its refreshing, filling and hydrating. I usually eat or drink watermelon before a workout, in the mornings, or even before a long day of shooting! Like a wedding! Its perfect fuel and keeps me hydrated, as I really sweat when I go to shoot a wedding! Like really sweat! So heres what I do...cut up a watermelon that is ripe and blend it. I use my blend tec..then seal it up in a mason jar. 

Its perfect for hot summer days! You can add some mint to it too.
